An accomplished Electrical Engineer with a passion for innovation and a knack for problem-solving. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Carlton graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E.). Retired from AT&T Labs where he was the Director of Advanced Access Technologies, he started along with his former colleague a technology company, Hive-ID LLC. 

With over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Carlton has established himself as a leading authority in his field. He has been awarded 11 national and international patents for his work, which has helped to shape the landscape of modern communication.

Carlton’s innovative spirit and dedication to his craft have earned him the respect and admiration of his peers. He is known for his ability to approach complex challenges with creativity and precision, and he is always seeking new ways to push the boundaries of what is possible in his field.

When he’s not busy working on his latest project, Carlton enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his hobbies, which include Riding his Harley, officiating football and model trains. With a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation, Carlton is a true leader in the field of electrical engineering, and he is sure to continue making a significant impact for years to come.

Blaine McDonnell is a visionary technology leader with a proven track record of success. He is currently the Co-Founder of HiveID LLC, where he is responsible for driving innovation and managing the technology roadmap.  Blaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from Webster University and is constantly seeking new ways to expand his knowledge and skills. He is a forward-thinking leader who is passionate about technology and the role it can play in driving business growth and innovation.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Blaine is a highly skilled architect and developer of various applications, databases, hardware solutions, networks, and clouds. Before co-founding his company, Blaine quickly progressed to become a technical leader at AT&T, playing a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge solutions that helped drive the company’s growth.
